   Deploy this CRM to Netlify — go to app.netlify.com/drop, drag & drop this HTML file. You get a live URL in ~60 seconds.

   Open your Zapier dashboard — find the Zap for your form webhook (4yzt9or). Click Edit.

   Add a second action — choose Code by Zapier → Run Javascript. Paste this code, replacing YOUR_CRM_URL with your Netlify URL:
